Barsha brings over seven years of experience in the early childhood education and care sector. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of childcare settings, building strong relationships with children, families, and educators while developing a deep understanding of quality early learning practices.

Prior to joining Family Day Care, Barsha worked as an Assistant Director, where she gained valuable experience in leadership, team support, and the day to day management of an early childhood service. Her passion for supporting educators and ensuring positive outcomes for children led her to pursue a new opportunity within Family Day Care.

As a Family Day Care Coordinator, Barsha works closely with educators and families to provide guidance, support, and ongoing professional assistance. She is committed to maintaining high standards of care, promoting compliance, and helping create safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environments where children can thrive.
